Bella Baby Photography is a leading provider of in-hospital newborn photography, capturing first moments for families across the country. We are a fast-growing company with a collaborative team environment and a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and customer care.

We are seeking an Equipment & Inventory Assistant to support our operations team by managing equipment, shipping, inventory tracking, and data entry. This is a part-time, hourly role with a flexible schedule
, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys hands-on work paired with computer-based tasks. This position has the potential to expand as the company continues to grow.

• Prepare, pack, and ship equipment and materials accurately and efficiently
• Receive incoming shipments and restock inventory
• Track inventory levels and update records regularly
• Perform consistent and accurate data entry (inventory, shipping logs, equipment tracking)
• Maintain organized storage areas and inventory systems
• Communicate with internal teams regarding equipment needs and shipments
• Assist with general inventory upkeep and process improvements as needed
• Follow safety and handling procedures

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

• Experience building or improving inventory tracking systems, including reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with camera equipment and basic troubleshooting
• Prior experience in shipping, inventory, warehouse, or operations support roles
• Data entry, Excel, Google drive, Slack, and experience is a plus
• Experience with Apple products

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
