Materion is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (Level
2) to provide both IT and OT support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role covers hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, image deployment, and remote/onsite assistance.
You will work with IT, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure system reliability and uptime across factory IT and OT networks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT operations, familiarity with SCADA/MES platforms, and strong communication
