We’re looking for someone who knows the local shoreline fishing and lobstering scene and can provide fun, hands‑on experiences for clients of all skill levels—no boat required.

• Strong knowledge of local shore fishing spots (beaches, docks, jetties, etc.) and shore‑access lobstering areas
• Experience targeting species common to the area (striped bass, bluefish, flounder, etc.)
• Knowledge of Massachusetts lobstering regulations, seasons, and conservation practices
• Ability to teach beginners and assist more experienced anglers and lobstering participants
• Reliable transportation to various fishing and lobstering locations
• Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Lead guided shore fishing and lobstering trips for individuals and small groups
• Teach casting, baiting, fishing techniques, and shore‑based lobstering methods
• Help clients with gear setup, fish handling, and lobster collection techniques
• Ensure safety and awareness of tides, weather, and local regulations
• Provide an educational, engaging, and memorable outdoor experience
• Promote responsible fishing and lobstering practices

Less Seas Fishing Guides is looking for an experienced and reliable Vessel Fishing & Lobstering Guide to lead guided fishing and lobstering tours throughout the South Shore, Boston, and Cape Cod area.

We’re seeking a knowledgeable captain who can provide safe, enjoyable, and memorable fishing and lobstering experiences for our customers.

• Must own and operate your own boat (vessel)
• Must hold a valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License
• Strong knowledge of local waters, fishing techniques, and lobstering practices
• Experience handling lobster gear, traps, and related equipment
• Ability to provide a fun, educational, and professional experience for guests
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

• Lead guided fishing and lobstering trips for individuals and groups
• Educate guests on local fishing and lobstering techniques, regulations, and conservation practices
• Ensure all passengers follow safety guidelines
