Buyer​/Planner

Location: Boxborough

Adecco Staffing is seeking a  
** Buyer Planner
** to join a Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supplier management, purchase order administration, production planning, and ensuring materials are available and efficiently presented for manufacturing operations.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Manage and negotiate purchase orders, ensuring favorable pricing and on-time delivery.

+ Build and maintain supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

+ Implement engineering changes, update ERP data, and support new product development.

+ Monitor and maintain work orders, planned order reports, and material shortage reports.

+ Oversee Kanban systems, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.

+ Support production efficiency through effective material presentation and flow.

* Qualifications:

*
* + 3+ years in a Buyer/Planner role within manufacturing.

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

+ ERP and MS Office proficiency;
Lean/Kanban experience required.

+ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ CPIM certification a plus.

Pay rate: 75,000 to 95,000/yr based on experience
