Logistics Coordinator

Based in Billerica, MA, we are an industry leader manufacturing highly engineered components for customers across demanding industrial and technology-driven markets. We're seeking a Logistics Coordinator with domestic and international shipping experience to coordinate transportation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with logistics and customs requirements
• Partner with Purchasing, Production, and Sales teams to support transportation and distribution activities
• Select and manage carriers, freight providers, and transportation service partners
• Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and maintain material and shipment traceability
• Prepare and validate shipping, logistics, import/export, and foreign trade documentation
• Analyze logistics costs, optimize transportation routes, and support budget control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with customs, fiscal, security, and transportation regulations
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics providers

• 3-5 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution experience
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Knowledge of transportation management, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
