Job Description SummaryDispatcher
As a Dispatcher, you will manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. You will be responsible for applying DOT standards, reporting, scheduling, and supporting customer service and sales goals of the business unit.
Responsibilities- Oversee driver schedules and equipment deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Provide customer service and support sales goals.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role involving construction/industrial equipment applications.
- Knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Customer service and dispatch training is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the delivery area.
- Effective communication skills.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $64,750.00 – $89,030.70 (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience).
