Location: Hancock
A mountain resort is seeking a Building Maintenance Laborer for its Buildings and Grounds Department. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, performing building maintenance, and assisting with snow and spring clean-up tasks. This role requires flexibility with work hours, the ability to lift fifty pounds, and a valid driver's license. The candidate should be able to operate machinery safely and perform minor repairs in various weather conditions.
This is a non-exempt hourly position.
