Location: The Commons in Lincoln campus.
Compensation: Starting at $18/h.
Schedule: Full Time (Mon‑Fri day shift) or Part Time (Fri‑Mon 7a‑3p or Fri‑Sun 7a‑3p). Per Diem shifts available.

• Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Bathrooms: clean toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs; wipe countertops, mirrors, and sterilize floors.
• Kitchen: wipe counters, clean under objects, mop kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.
• Empty and rinse (if necessary) wastebaskets.
• Wash inside windows as needed.
• Clean all common areas according to standards: elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, model units, and other surfaces as scheduled or requested.
• Maintain a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and store chemicals per supervisor instruction.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred; training provided.
• Knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste.
