Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

• Maintain facilities to ensure high-quality service
• Provide exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Wash, wax, buff, vacuum and detail vehicles using a variety of solutions and equipment
• Use air compressors, cloths, and preservation chemicals to protect surfaces
• Clean engine compartments and remove grease as required
• Carried out additional duties as assigned by management.

• Physically demanding with frequent bending, lifting, squatting, and vehicle entry/exit.
• May involve outdoor work and variable climate conditions.
• Requires handling multiple vehicles during shifts.
• Use of OSHA approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• May require pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lb.
• Clear vision and hearing required to inspect work quality and identify imperfections.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with care and respect.
• Willingness to arrive on time and stay on task during shift.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Flat rate detail shop compensation.
