Seasonal Maintenance​/Engineers

Pay or shift range: $26.56 to $27.19 USD per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, back-of-the-house, and heart-of-the-house for areas needing repair or touch-up.
• Respond to guest room calls to rectify any room issues.
• Repair or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting, and other miscellaneous items.
• Perform grounds maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist other department team members in applying the preventive maintenance program.
• Make records of repairs made, report completed repairs, or place areas needing further attention or a room 'out of order'.
• CPO certified or willing to obtain a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred.
