Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift – Industrial Recycling
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Friday
Bonus: Up to 10%
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to lead maintenance operations at a state-of-the-art industrial recycling facility.
Key Requirements- Strong industrial hydraulic experience – required
- Hands-on industrial/plant maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment
Experience with equipment such as optical sorters, eddy currents, glass breakers, balers, fiber screens, conveyors
, and related industrial machinery is highly valued.
- Lead and train Maintenance Technicians
- Manage preventive maintenance programs
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective repairs and inspections
- Maintain plant equipment and facilities in safe, efficient operating condition
- Manage spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate repairs, equipment improvements, and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- Industrial/plant maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership experience
