Established in 1953, George Washington Toma is a family-owned appliance sales & service company with showrooms located in East Weymouth & Brockton, MA, and a warehouse, service department, and administrative office located in Hingham, MA. • Providing quality service to customers and team members by managing an efficient and productive operation.
• All related areas for technicians, parts, and customer service.
• Department budgets, warranty process, fleet management, customer issues, and all department team members.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional project management, departmental management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong people leadership competencies as well as an ability to coach, mentor and develop the team.
• Retail & Distribution Experience is a plus!
