About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our team. Since 2003, we have been building high-quality, enduring residential projects. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Manager who shares our passion for creating beautiful hardscapes.
Qualifications
- Landscape construction and/or 3-5 years of experience with site preparation and grading , concrete pavers , natural stone and/or masonry work , along with job and crew management.
- Hardscape construction experience with a high level of competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, project administration, and problem solving .
- Well organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a strong communicator.
- A proactive, can-do approach.
- Coordination and supervision of multiple residential installation crews across multiple locations.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
- Training and motivating crews.
- Maintaining strict quality standards on projects.
- Visiting job sites daily and interfacing with homeowners.
- Managing projects to successful completion within cost and time estimates.
- Interfacing with sales consultants and office administration.
- Commission.
