Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Security Procurement & Contract Management will lead all procurement and contracting activities funded through the FIFA World Cup Grant Program (FWCGP), ensuring compliant, competitive, and cost-effective acquisition of security equipment, services, and solutions across Boston 26 and ten subrecipients. This position will serve as the primary procurement authority for FWCGP-funded security acquisitions, reporting to B26 CFO.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in procurement, contract management, public administration, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in federal procurement, contract management, or grant-funded acquisitions.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and competitive bidding processes compliant with 2 CFR 200 procurement standards and FEMA grant requirements
- Managing the full contract lifecycle for security-related procurements, providing technical assistance to subrecipients on federal procurement requirements, maintaining competitive solicitation processes, and vendor selection
- Reviewing and approving procurement documentation, sole source justifications, and contract modifications
- Conducting cost and price analysis to ensure reasonable and allowable expenditures
