Location: Burncoat
Nouria Energy Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits to lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that enhance the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership background with over seven years in managing compensation and benefits, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry. You will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to support competitive compensation and benefits initiatives.
