Direct team to maximize sales and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service;
Supervise store team members and coordinate with District Manager in hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining staff;
Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasting; review timecards and correct missed punches;
Establish pricing levels for professional customers and maximize gross profit on outside purchases;
Implement planogram changes and merchandising plans; manage inventory adjustments and daily store accounting
