The Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks applicants for the position of Seasonal Recreation Facilities Supervisor I, to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure a well‑maintained, safe and clean facility, including but not limited to restroom cleaning, building cleaning, snow removal and working with employees on all projects as needed.
- Patrol recreational areas and facilities to maintain security and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and policies.
- Collect and account for all fees collected on shift and report all income through the DCR reporting system on a daily basis while on duty.
- Maintain records and prepare reports concerning assigned work to provide information and make appropriate recommendations.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on various types of equipment and vehicles; provide information to the general public; and use small hand tools.
- Provide accurate information to park visitors about all park related activities available to them.
