Our Business Directors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team leaders and team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.
A Business Director’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team leaders. A Business Director lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:- Full-Time position only
- Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only position
- Must be able to work mornings, mid-days, and nights
- Must be available to work on most Holidays

- Encourage team members with recognition
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Manages labor laws specific to Minor laws
- Manages and coaches CFA policies and procedures
- Manage daily labor cost to achieve a remarkable guest experience and labor %
- Regularly in Operations to ensure brand standards and Owner/Operators expectations are met
- Team Leader identification, training, daily coaching, long term development
- Restaurant Trainer identification, training, daily coaching, long term development
- Conducts performance reviews with Team Leaders
- Provides coaching to Team Members informally as needed, formally on an annual basis
- Creates daily/weekly goals accompanied by action steps to achieve operational goals with tracking
- Provides daily/weekly performance updates to the team
- Create daily dialogue with Team Members/Leaders around goals
- Provide daily coaching to Team Members/Leaders as needed
- Conduct monthly Leadership meetings alongside the Owner/Operator
- Maintain a positive morale and engages in a recognition plan
- Understands and demonstrates best practices in CFA & Ecosure standards, Deloitte Standards, Minor Labor laws, Pathway procedures, operational excellence and ORG
- Oversees and/or creates a weekly schedule to attain goals in Core 4 and 2nd Mile Service, and Labor
- Ensures schedule is in compliance with all labor laws
- Assists in creating a weekly New Hire schedule to include New‑hire shifts and assigned trainers
