Missions

Contributes to the definition of the community's orientations and the elaboration, under the responsibility of the political team, of a project shared by all stakeholders of the public action;
Leads the services and pilots the territorial organization in coherence with the previously defined orientations.

Technical activities:

• Participation in the definition of the community's global project and its implementation strategy;
• Elaboration and piloting of the management and optimization resources strategy;
• Impulsion and conduct of strategic projects integrating innovation and efficiency of services;
• Structuring and animation of the community's managerial policy in link with the executive;
• Piloting of the management team;
• Supervision of the services management and conduct of the social dialogue;
• Implementation, piloting of the evaluation of local policies and projects of the community;
• Institutional representation and negotiation with the actors of the territory;
• Regulatory and prospective strategic watch.
