Director of Accessibility Services
As a senior leader within the Navigation Center for Student Success, the Director of Accessibility Services provides vision, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a dynamic student-centered office. The Director is responsible for ensuring that students with disabilities receive equitable access to all aspects of college life by developing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive and compliant accommodation services and support programs.
The Director serves as an institutional expert on disability law and accessibility best practices, advising faculty, staff, and administration on compliance, policy, and inclusive design.
Essential duties and responsibilities include strategic leadership and oversight, student support and accommodation, institutional collaboration, campus outreach, and supervision.
Education and/or experience required:
Master's degree required. Relevant fields include higher education administration, disability studies, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related discipline. At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in disability services or a related area within higher education, including supervisory and administrative responsibility.
