Restaurant Depot - 30 Bodwell Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee the Receiving Department ensuring accurate item descriptions and counts for incoming and outgoing shipments;
Ensure accuracy of UPC numbers and manifest/bill of lading documentation;
Maintain and file Goods Received Books and Adjustment Vouchers, and manage purchase orders;
Supervise and coordinate receiving clerks and dock operations, including loading/unloading;
Ensure HACCP guidelines and safety policies are followed in the department
