Northfield Mount Hermon (NMH) is seeking a strategic, collaborative Director of Development to serve as the department's operational leader. You will oversee frontline fundraising across annual, parent, major, and legacy gifts, leading staff and volunteers to secure the school’s financial goals.
You will cultivate relationships with alumni, families, and supporters while shaping strategies, processes, and technology-enabled donor engagement across NMH’s development program.
