NEADS Service Dogs is looking for a Director of Development to lead the next chapter of our fundraising growth.

This is more than a development position. It's an opportunity to build relationships, grow revenue, lead a team, and directly expand the number of people whose lives can be transformed by a Service Dog.

Located in Princeton, MA
, NEADS is a nationally recognized nonprofit that trains and provides Service Dogs for people with disabilities, veterans with PTSD, children with autism, and professionals in hospitals, courthouses, and educational settings.

• A growing donor pipeline and major gift strategy
• Corporate partnerships and sponsor ships
• Board and CEO engagement in fundraising
• Expansion of NEADS' philanthropic relationships throughout Boston, Worcester & New England

• Has 5+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience
• Has a proven record of closing major gifts and achieving fundraising goals
• Knows the Massachusetts/New England philanthropic landscape
• Is an exceptional relationship builder and storyteller
• Leads with emotional intelligence and develops high-performing teams
• Uses data and Salesforce to drive fundraising decisions
• Is entrepreneurial, strategic, and willing to try something new
• Is genuinely passionate about the mission of NEADS and the human-canine bond
