Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow up;
Administer discipline processes including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage and motivate team to understand how their work supports company objectives;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures
