Material Handler

Avantor is seeking a dedicated and eager-to-learn Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join our Fluid Handling team. This role involves building a wide range of single-use assemblies for the medical industry through manufacturing and measuring equipment. The position is full-time, based at our Devens, MA facility, and offers a $1000 sign-on bonus. Our Fluid Handling team is part of the Lab and Production Services business unit, supporting major laboratories worldwide by integrating new technology solutions into their processes and operations.

• Warehouse/distribution experience is a plus
• Experience with MHE such as reach trucks and order pickers is a plus

• Inbound: Unload shipments, check for damage, report shortages or damages, and safely store materials.
• Order Picking: Ensure accuracy in product selection, label and prepare orders for shipping using material handling equipment.
• Outbound: Verify shipments, label and move products into trailers or containers.
• Equipment: Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently, complying with standards.
• Inventory: Keep accurate records, assist with inventories, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Other Duties: Repack, repair damaged goods, operate shrink-wrap machines, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
