Industrial Electrician

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing/industrial operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems and equipment essential to plant productivity. The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced environment, has strong industrial automation knowledge, and prioritizes safety and precision.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment
• Troubleshoot issues with motors, drives, PLCs, conveyors, control panels, and automated machinery
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Read and interpret industrial electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
• Test electrical systems to identify hazards or defects, ensuring compliance with electrical codes
• Calibrate and maintain industrial sensors, instrumentation, and control systems
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams
• Follow strict safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant regulations
• This position is safety sensitive

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience
• Strong understanding of 3‑phase power, control circuits, and industrial wiring
• Experience with VFDs, motors, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial automation
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical prints, and technical manuals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy machinery

$35 hourly DOE
