CoWorx Staffing Services - [Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker] As a Draw Technician at CoWorx Staffing Services, you'll:
Be responsible for routine MFG and R&D fiber drawing of existing and new fiber optic products;
Physically set up and operate draw tower and equipment to produce a diversity of products;
Monitor production runs;
Document process setup, running and product performance;
Communicate with engineering and employees in other departments to maintain schedule and resolve issues;
Apply technical skills and observation to resolve process issues/variability.
