• Equipment Operation – Running and monitoring automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipment
• Quality Control – Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards
• Material Handling – Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areas
• Process Optimization – Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
• Machine Maintenance – Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams
• Documentation – Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logs
• Safety Compliance – Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
