What You’ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions to understand part requirements

Select the right tools, equipment, and methods to achieve required finishes and tolerances

Operate a variety of deburring and finishing equipment
, including lathes, tumbling equipment, microscopes, grinders, and hand tools

Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications

Identify and resolve issues by troubleshooting processes and making adjustments

Apply techniques to repair or salvage complex assemblies when possible

Maintain required operator certifications and safety standards

Recommend improvements to tools, equipment, and processes to increase efficiency and quality

Support teammates by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and helping train others

What You Bring

Experience in deburring, finishing, or precision metalworking

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications

Familiarity with measurement tools and surface finish requirements

Comfort using hand tools, grinders, lathes, and other shop equipment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

A high school diploma or equivalent GED

Hiring Range: $22.00-$27.00/hr with a 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
