Job Description

As a General Packer, you will work at the end of each production line and be the last person to handle the product before it is shipped to customers. This role involves ensuring product quality and accuracy before packaging.

Responsibilities

• Remove products from the end of the line.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Measure certain products for length, width, and dexterity.
• Enter simple data into the computer system.
• Pack boxes with products for shipment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative to manage tasks during slower periods.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a production or general labor role is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to a set schedule and maintain consistent employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.20 - $17.85/hr.
