2nd Shift 15% - Differential & 3rd Shift 22.5% Differential

Your Role
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. You will manufacture medical products/components using manual and/or laser/CNC/NC machine tools such as mill, lathe, grinder or EDM, applying industry standard machine tool techniques to ensure customer product requirements and Tegra Medical requirements are met.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods.
- Follow safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.

Shift Times
- 1st shift 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM.
- 2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM – offers 15% shift differential.
- 3rd shift 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM – offers 22.5% shift differential.
