The RoleYou will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.
ScheduleWork only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule.
- 12-hour static shifts (Days - 5:00am – 5:00pm)
- Understands visual defects of products
- Can perform visual checks of products
- Understands physical tests and equipment
- Can use all lab equipment and perform physical tests
- Can follow equipment procedures
- Has basic understanding of products and customer requirements
- Verify and apply customer requirements and specifications
- Complete paperwork and file appropriately
- Understands retain samples and filing requirements
- Must be able to perform tasks effectively with minimal supervision
- Comply with all applicable Standards (BRC, ISO) and Standard Operating Procedures
- Communication of Non-comp and scrap materials
- Conduct EASE audits as assigned
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- 2-5 years of extrusion experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Wages starting from $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
, dependent on experience. - Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
