Established in Massachusetts in 2015 as NUPRO Advanced TPU Films, the company was subsequently integrated into the ORAFOL Americas group in 2021. Our Advanced TPU Films products serve as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications, encompassing transportation, electronics, aviation, medical, and wind energy sectors.

With a base rate of $23.00 per hour, plus shift differential, our Utility Workers are indispensable to the seamless operation of our daily production process. These workers ensure the continuous feeding of the extruder with resin by adding, blending, and drying batch components while adhering to established setup guidelines and training documents. Additionally, they are responsible for packaging and palletizing finished goods according to customer specifications.

• Follow set up guidelines for each order
• Ensure material recipes are followed
• Conduct resin sample testing
• Supply and cut packaging supplies
• Package and palletize finished goods in accordance with specifications
• Operate fork truck as required
• Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety requirements

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films operates on a 24/5 schedule. • High School Degree or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Suite Programs preferred

• At least 1 year Manufacturing Experience preferred
