Kit Packaging & Visual Inspection Associate

Location: Billerica, MA (On-site)

Shift: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift; 1st Shift: M–T 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 2nd Shift: M–T 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.

Overtime: Often required on Fridays to meet production goals.

Environment: Fast‑paced, Team‑oriented, cGMP compliant.

Salary: $25 – $28 per hour.

Delivering Excellence Globally – provide life‑saving diagnostic imaging agents worldwide. As a member of the Kit Packaging team, you ensure each pharmaceutical product is labeled, inspected, and packaged with the highest accuracy.

Hands‑on, detail‑oriented. Manage final stages of the production lifecycle, balancing manual craftsmanship with automated technology.

• Execute labeling and packaging of pharmaceuticals using manual techniques and automated machinery.
• Perform critical visual inspections of filled vials to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Accurately follow manufacturing batch records and department SOPs while completing standardized forms.
• Manage area clearances, product accountability, label control, and product segregation to prevent cross‑contamination or errors.
• Use BPCS/MRP or SAP software for inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (entry level).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
