Technician III (Equipment Technician)
Job
Location:
Billerica, MA (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Equipment Maintenance (Preventive & Corrective)
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic Troubleshooting
- Equipment Calibration
- Manufacturing Equipment Repair & Support
- Root Cause Analysis
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Reading Schematics & Engineering Drawings
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Support equipment installation, setup, and commissioning
- Perform equipment calibration and alignment checks
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Conduct equipment changeovers and process setups
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve uptime and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- 4+ years of equipment maintenance or manufacturing technician experience
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or electromechanical equipment
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining equipment records and documentation
