Glue/Paint Associate
The Glue/Paint Associate supports production in a manufacturing environment by performing hands-on finishing tasks, with a primary focus on gluing and painting components according to detailed work instructions. This role plays a key part in ensuring that finished parts meet quality standards, while maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Perform gluing of parts and components according to detailed work instructions and production specifications.
- Apply paint to parts using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Support overall production flow by preparing, handling, and finishing components as needed.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards, making adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper handling and storage of materials and tools.
- Assist with additional production tasks and small-scale hand production work as required to meet production goals.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively while performing daily tasks.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions to ensure consistent and accurate completion of work.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a general production or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with gluing tasks in a production or similar setting.
- Hands-on experience with painting tasks, preferably in a small-scale or component-based environment.
- Ability to perform small-scale hand production work using hand tools and manual techniques.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of finished components.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise gluing and painting work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
- Ability to read and write in English to understand work instructions and documentation.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and production flow.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to stand and sit as needed throughout the shift to complete assigned work.

Work Environment
This role is based on a clean, organized manufacturing floor focused on quality and safety. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, offering a predictable daytime schedule. Work involves hands-on, skilled tasks rather than purely automated or button-pushing work, and requires both standing and sitting throughout the day. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro Falls, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
