Machine Operator Top 3 Skills

• Machine operation in a high-speed, high-volume production or manufacturing environment
• Reading a tape measure, identifying dimensional defects, and taking corrective action
• Physical stamina and safety awareness in a non-climate-controlled industrial facility

Monday Friday | 5:00 AM 1:00 PM | Overtime available, including Saturdays

• Operate corrugating and converting machines to produce corrugated packaging products
• Adjust machine settings to meet dimensional and quality specifications
• Inspect finished product for defects and correct issues in real time
• Perform routine machine maintenance to keep lines running
• Load and unload raw materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Communicate with your team and supervisors to hit production goals safely
• Support and mentor newer team members as you settle in

• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and identify product defects
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Must be able to read and follow basic written instructions in English
• Flexible to work overtime and Saturdays when needed

• Interview required before placement
• Must be fully cleared prior to start date
• Facility is not climate controlled - dress for the season
• Overtime shifts can extend to 12 hours when production demands it
