Job Overview

Temp-hire work schedule MON-FRIDAY: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Pay: $18–22 per hour.

Company is a well-established manufacturing company located in Massachusetts that specializes in conformal coating and encapsulation of printed circuit board assemblies.

• Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials.
• Mask and de‑mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and/or instructions.
• Perform staking, potting, and coating as instructed.
• Handle automated dispensing/coating robots as requested.
• Identify and choose the right tools to use while masking/demasking.

• Excellent dexterity and ability to work with small components under a microscope.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow printed circuit board drawings.
• Very detail oriented.
• Ability to follow ISO
  9001, AS9100, and other quality standards.
• Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus.
