We are looking for an energetic and quality-focused individual to join our team. As the Production Lead, you are primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in efficiently producing high-quality graphics that delight our customers.

• Printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Smaller graphic installations, as needed
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Inventory management

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
• Customer-service experience
