A Day in the Life Picture your shift at our East Falmouth, MA (02536) facility. You arrive, gear up, and take ownership of a production line. First comes a quick equipment check, then you bring the machinery online, dialing in settings for optimal throughput. As product moves, you keep an eye on quality, jump in to assist with assembly and packaging, and coordinate with teammates to keep everything flowing safely and efficiently.
If something isn’t right, you spot it early—whether it’s a safety concern or a mechanical issue—and you loop in your supervisor while performing basic troubleshooting. Between runs, you tidy your area and join short training huddles to level up your skills.
What You’ll Handle Run and oversee production equipment for consistent, efficient performance.
Adhere to all safety procedures; keep your station orderly and audit-ready.
Assemble and package finished goods per detailed specifications.
Perform in-process quality checks to uphold company standards.
Work closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines.
Flag equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Engage in training to expand capabilities and knowledge.
What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/production is a plus.
Proven team-first mindset and reliable collaboration skills.
Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot.
Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime when required.
Clear communication and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
