Russell Tobin's client, a biotechnology company, is hiring Cleanroom Technician in Devens, MA.

We are seeking motivated Cleanroom Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, thrive in a team environment, and are looking to build experience in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. Multiple openings are available, with additional hiring anticipated.

Preferred Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Additional Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
• 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Please indicate your preferred shift when applying.

• Assemble, clean, and package single‑use products following engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to maintain an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Report quality or process concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Return unused materials to inventory with proper labeling and traceability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for most of the workday.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous cleanroom experience.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

This position is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Wearing a full cleanroom gown, including hair covering, gloves, surgical mask, safety glasses, and composite‑toe safety shoes.
• Standing and walking for up to 95% of the shift.
• Performing repetitive hand assembly tasks using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as needed.
