We are seeking motivated Cleanroom Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, thrive in a team environment, and are looking to build experience in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. Multiple openings are available, with additional hiring anticipated.
Available ShiftsPreferred Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Additional Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
- 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities- Assemble, clean, and package single‑use products following engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to maintain an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Complete manufacturing documentation accurately.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Report quality or process concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Return unused materials to inventory with proper labeling and traceability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for most of the workday.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous cleanroom experience.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
This position is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable:
- Wearing a full cleanroom gown, including hair covering, gloves, surgical mask, safety glasses, and composite‑toe safety shoes.
- Standing and walking for up to 95% of the shift.
- Performing repetitive hand assembly tasks using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as needed.
