We’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated
Medical Cannabis Production Technician
to join our team. This is a6-month temporary contract
, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

- As a
Production Technician in our medical cannabis manufacturing facility, you'll be at the centre of a rapidly evolving, science-backed industry, producing and packaging high-quality cannabis-based medicines that genuinely improve lives. - Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non-sterile environments
- Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed
- Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)
- Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
- Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
- Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
- Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals
- We want team players who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be someone who:
- Has excellent organisation and time management skills
- Is calm and accurate under pressure
- Can work well independently and in a team
- Is happy to follow strict procedures
- Can spot when something’s not quite right and take action
- Has good dexterity and reading comprehension
- Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6am - 8pm)
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a fast-paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment – but it’s not essential. Full training is provided!
