Location: Mattapoisett
The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty meat cuts in a fast-paced environment. You will select products from pick tickets, cut to specifications, and ensure proper handling and weight compliance.
Responsibilities include staging products, transporting to packaging lines, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean work area while following HACCP/OSHA/GMP guidelines. Prior experience is welcomed, with an emphasis on safety.
