• BMS Cell Therapy Manufacturing Training is seeking a Training Specialist, Cell Therapy Manufacturing to bring enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, strong technical background, and a desire to drive novel programs. The role is on‑site at the location detailed in the posting.

The Training Specialist will support the continuous education and technical skill improvement of manufacturing operators for Cell Therapy. The candidate will be goal‑oriented, flexible, and able to work efficiently with safety and quality in mind.

Monday – Thursday, 1 pm – 11 pm

• Execute operations as described in standard operating procedures and batch records.
• Demonstrate strong practical and theoretical knowledge in the work area.
• Complete documentation required by training policies and SOPs.
• Perform tasks consistently with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
• Qualify new employees on the assigned curriculum required for their job functions.
• Execute trainee re‑qualification as needed.
• Ensure on‑time completion of training assignments so that technical skills are adequate before training others.
• Collaborate with support groups to recommend solutions and address training gaps between new hire onboarding and manufacturing operations.
• Identify innovative solutions.
• Support creation of training materials such as On‑The‑Job Training and Instructor‑Led Training.
• Work independently, escalating issues appropriately and resolving them with management.

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
• Ability to gown into a cleanroom environment.
• Comfortable working near strong magnets.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners and groups.
• Effective communication skills with peers, trainees, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaboration across all employee levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.

• High School/GED required; bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing, cell therapy manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Cell Therapy operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 per year.
City: Devens, Massachusetts.
