Vulcan Forms in Devens, MA is hiring a CNC Operator to run lathe and/or milling centers in a state‑of‑the‑art facility supporting aerospace, defense, medical, and more. You will read drawings, set up tools, establish offsets, and ensure quality through in-process checks.
The role requires 4+ years on 3/4 axis CNC centers with live tooling and a strong adherence to safety and quality policies. Training junior team members and cross‑communication with Quality and Engineering are part of the job.
