• Package and label products accurately, ensuring all SKUs and information match.
• Handle product safely and organize packaged goods for storage and distribution.
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery with care and precision.
• Perform quality checks throughout the packaging process.
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization.
• Keep work spaces and equipment clean, sanitized, and inspection‑ready.
• Support overall workflow to keep production moving efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying focused throughout the day.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 10–20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and use ladders as needed.
• Ability to adapt and shift priorities when needed.
• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
