Chesterton is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead a production cell in our Massachusetts facility. You will coordinate daily plans, monitor safety, quality, and costs, and mentor a team of operators and technicians.
This on-site role requires strong Lean, Six Sigma skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include budgeting support, training, and collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Maintenance to meet production goals.
