Orion Castings is seeking a manufacturing leader to direct daily assembly activities and own the flagship product line from launch to steady state. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Paint to protect schedules and eliminate roadblocks on the shop floor.
You will drive quality improvements, develop new assembly operations, and coach teams in problem solving and lean practices to raise safety, throughput, and first-pass yield.
