Vulcan Forms in Devens MA is seeking a Supervisor of Production Operations for a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM, Mon-Wed with alternating Thursdays). You will supervise and train staff, drive throughput, lead daily standups, and manage shift readiness.
Expect accountability for safety, lean processes, and continuous improvement across multiple product lines. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing and at least 2 years of people leadership, proficiency with EPICOR ERP and MS
