As a Micro-Assembly Specialist, you’ll transform precision die cast parts into ready-to-ship assemblies through careful workmanship, documentation discipline, and close teamwork with engineering.

• Follow written and verbal work instructions; read drawings and assembly procedures.
• Use a microscope for fine, high-accuracy assembly steps.
• Document builds and complete manufacturing records reliably.
• Keep your station clean and safe; follow plant safety standards.
• Use hand and power tools; operate light-duty equipment (drill press, saws, grinders).
• Apply knowledge of product flow to maintain throughput.
• Collaborate with engineers to create and improve assembly methods and solve issues.
• Support additional tasks related to production as needed.

• Detail focus, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving.
• Teamwork and respectful, professional communication.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort around tools and fixtures.
• Basic test equipment experience to run simple functional checks (preferred).
• Experience with light-duty machinery (drill press, saws, grinders).

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $25.00

  6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
